Data Processing Addendum

The terms that apply when Maverik processes personal data on behalf of your business.

1. Roles

For personal data your business uploads or connects about its own customers, leads, and contacts (“Customer Personal Data”), your business is the Data Fiduciary and Aetheron, operating Maverik, is the Data Processor under the DPDPA.

2. Processing on your instructions

We process Customer Personal Data only to provide the Service as described in the Terms and as you configure it in your workspace, and not for any other purpose.

3. Our obligations

  • Keep Customer Personal Data confidential and limit access to staff and sub-processors who need it.
  • Apply reasonable security safeguards, including encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access, and audit logging.
  • Notify you without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal data breach affecting your data, with the information you need to meet your own obligations.
  • Help you respond to Data Principal requests and to the Data Protection Board of India where reasonably required.
  • Delete or return Customer Personal Data at the end of the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Sub-processors

You authorise the sub-processors listed on our Sub-processors page. We will give account owners notice before adding a new one, and remain responsible for their performance.

5. Your obligations

You confirm you have a lawful basis, including any consent required, to collect Customer Personal Data and to have Maverik process it, and that your notices to your customers describe that processing.

6. Signed copies

Enterprise customers who need a countersigned DPA can request one at support@aetheron.ai.
