What protects your data today, what is on the roadmap, and how to report a vulnerability.

Pre-launch draft. Maverik AI is not yet generally available. This document is published so you can see how we intend to handle your data, and it will be reviewed by counsel before launch. For anything you need in writing now, email support@aetheron.ai.

1. In place today

Encryption: AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit.
Access control: Role-based permissions down to the individual resource.
Audit trails: Immutable records of who acted, which agent ran, and what it changed.
Human authority: Agents act within defined limits; consequential steps require sign-off.

2. Platform safeguards

Tenant isolation with row-level security on every workspace-owned table.
OAuth tokens encrypted and refreshed centrally; no secrets in code, logs, prompts, or URLs.
Idempotent mutations and signed webhooks.
Rate limits per workspace and per provider.
Kill switch per workspace and per agent.

3. Compliance

Built for India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA). Data residency and processing terms are agreed per engagement.

SOC 2 is on the roadmap. Maverik AI and Aetheron Solutions are not SOC 2 certified today. Any document claiming otherwise is not from us.

4. Report a vulnerability

If you find a security issue, tell us before disclosing it publicly at support@aetheron.ai with reproduction steps and affected endpoints. We will acknowledge it, investigate, keep you informed through to the fix, and credit you publicly if you want. There is no paid bounty programme yet.
